i miss the arms of the last one ;u;
they gave it that fin-thingy, fish-marine water bug feeling and touch !!
but the new holes on the body and the "will create a mass of bubbles and swim away" concept make up for that :D
great fakemon you have here man ^-^ nice work :love::love:

O no, I think the last one was much more successful. This just doesn't read like the underwater/scuba cocoon that you were going for. It seems like you are trying now to make it too complex and something that it is not. But just my critique, of course it is your pokemon.

Tbh it is actually simpler than the previous one... Smaller.pincers/arms... No excessive lines... Face is the same and more properly placed... The only thing added are the holes at the mid section..

It's funny, those holes were what were bothering me most but I didn't want to come off as too subjective. Perhaps it's the pose too. I just have a bias toward the first design it was soo strong and read as a successful pokemon. This now seems too overworked

I think that the previous one was much better but eh, it's a great job, you made it look more vivid and I'm glad of this!
